Benbrook is saddling up to host Heritage Fest on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Dutch Branch Park. This year’s event will be packed full of family-friendly fun entertainment, music performances, food, artisan vendors, a pumpkin patch, and much more!
1. Submit your application and make payment. Applications are not considered complete until payment has been received by Heritage Fest Management.
2. This is a juried event. Applications will be reviewed starting June 30, 2022. Those who submitted their applications on or before June 30 will be notified of their acceptance by July 7, 2022. After June 30, 2022, applications will be reviewed weekly, and vendors will be notified 10 business days after application is turned in. If you aren't selected, you will be refunded your entire application fee in a timely manner. Heritage Fest Management reserves the right to limit the number of vendors with similar type products. This is to help all vendors succeed.
3. Booth spaces will be assigned beginning August 1, 2022. You will receive confirmation and further direction once your booth space has been assigned.
Please note that we do not offer booths for political groups/organizations, political candidates, or religious groups/organizations at Heritage Fest. In addition, Heritage Fest Management, at their sole discretion, may turn down any vendor application reserving the right to limit the type of vendors, the number of similar vendors, and the specific product(s) displayed and/or sold at a vendor's booth.

Please complete the vendor application below and submit payment within 5 business days. Once Heritage Fest Management has received your payment (options above), your application will be considered complete and eligible for consideration.
Please check the appropriate items that you will be selling in your booth and provide pictures and descriptions below with your application. All products must be approved prior to the event and the Heritage Fest Management reserves the right to limit the amount of similar items being sold. Those items deemed not appropriate to Heritage Fest Management will not be allowed to be sold or displayed. This applies to multiple applicants from the same company.

To help ease traffic congestion, vendors can setup their tents and displays (no products) on Friday between 3 - 6 p.m. However, neither Heritage Fest nor the City of Benbrook are responsible for any tents or displays. Very limited security will be available. Regular time for booth setup up will be on Saturday, October 1, from 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
I have read the application instructions and agree to abide by the rules and terms set forth in this application. I assume all responsibility for my products and safeguarding my display. Should Heritage Fest close during the designated operating hours due to inclement weather or for any other reason (including health and safety concerns) at the sole discretion of the Heritage Fest Management, I hereby agree to strictly adhere to the direction of the Heritage Fest Management. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heritage Fest and the City of Benbrook and their employees for any damage, loss or injury resulting from my participation in this event. I agree to allow Heritage Fest the use of any images, photos, videotape, and other materials taken during the event for purposes of future promotion of the event. Heritage Fest Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to advise me of any items that do not meet standards set forth, and I agree that such work/items will be immediately removed upon request by Heritage Fest Management and its officials associated with the event. Failure to remove such work/items upon request or comply with Heritage Fest rules will result in my removal from the event and may prohibited me from participating in future events. Refund Policy: Submission of this application is a commitment to participate in the Heritage Fest event, and therefore no refunds will be made once the applicant has been approved to participate in event.
